2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, train AI models on your brand voice, generate content, send service communications, and analyse usage patterns.

3. DATA SHARING We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers (hosting, AI APIs), as required by law, or with your consent.

4. AI CONTENT GENERATION Content you generate through our AI agents is processed using third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your prompts and business context are sent to these providers for content generation. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

5. DATA RETENTION We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.

6. SECURITY We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

7. COOKIES We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. YOUR RIGHTS You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting admin@contentoven.ai. Australian users have rights under the Privacy Act 1988.

9. PARTNER WHITE-LABEL If you access the Service through a partner's branded portal, both ContentOven and the partner may have access to your account data as described in the partner's privacy policy.

10. CHANGES We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
