1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing or using ContentOven ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE ContentOven provides an AI-powered content creation platform. The Service includes content generation, scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration tools.

3. ACCOUNTS You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Content generated through the Service belongs to you. You grant ContentOven a license to use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the Service.

6. PAYMENT Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

7. TERMINATION Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ContentOven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
